QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or production environments
• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in automotive, electronics, or industrial manufacturing environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.
• Experience with process optimization and industrialization.
• ERP system knowledge and production data analysis skills.
• English – advanced level.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead, coordinate, and develop the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure high performance and continuous capability growth.
• Define departmental objectives, establish KPIs, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with operational and business targets.
• Provide technical leadership and engineering support to production lines and manufacturing operations.
• Contribute to the development and execution of manufacturing and automation strategies.
• Analyze, optimize, and standardize production processes to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency while reducing waste.
• Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen initiatives, 5S standards, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Lead cycle time reduction initiatives and manufacturing cost optimization projects.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement actions to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
• Manage the industrialization and introduction of new products, processes, and technologies into production.
• Coordinate equipment specification, supplier selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Lead capital investment projects and technology transfer initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers and cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and drive process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and automotive industry standards and regulations.
• Support continuous improvement culture through data-driven decision-making and problem-solving methodologies.
