Your Role, your Challenge

As Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving brand growth and leading integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen market presence and customer engagement. The 2-year contract is an opportunity, not a limitation; you will have the space to bring ideas to life, lead meaningful projects and leave your personal mark on the way our brand connects with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead brand strategy development and ensure consistent execution across all campaigns and touchpoints
  
• Ensure timely implementation of campaigns across all channels, while insuring alignment with clear business objectives
  
• Manage creative, media, and digital agencies, from briefing to executing campaigns
  
• Prepare and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, and performance measurement
  
• Build strong partnerships with retailers, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in marketing performance
  

What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• 
  
• A university degree and at least
  
• 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, leisure, consumer services, or hospitality
  
• Marketing management seniority, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  
• Strong commercial understanding and knowledge of consumer drivers and shopping behavior
  
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
  
• A creative mindset combined with strong attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  
• Fluency in English
  

Nice to Have

• 
  
• Experience in budgeting, media planning, promotions, PR, sponsorships, or community engagement
  
• Previous agency background (marketing, events, experiential, or digital)
