For ourMarketing Operations department in Munich, we are looking for a Marketing Campaign Managerwith immediate effect – with immediate effect for a limited period of 6 months.

The Marketing Operation Team, consisting of the Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Event Management departments, is the point of contact for the planning, implementation and management of operational offline and digital marketing communication measures. The team works very closely with the departments of the respective species, the Data Team and the Communications Department.

Some of the responsibilities include

• Development and implementation of integrated marketing and omnichannel campaigns according to product strategy and sales targets.
• Cooperation with Digital Marketing for cross-channel planning, implementation and optimization of data-based measures.
• Management of external agencies (briefings, creative implementation, approvals, cost control) and ensuring brand consistency.
• Idea generation for marketing measures to meet lead reach goals
• Planning, monitoring and responsibility for the marketing budget; Definition and tracking of relevant KPIs.
• Adaptation of global marketing materials including quality assurance

Requirements and Profile

• Degree in marketing, event management, communication sciences or comparable.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional cooperation.
• High degree of initiative, structured way of working and adherence to deadlines.
• affinity for new technologies and digitalization; Experience with omnichannel approaches is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to familiarize yourself with company-specific tools. Experience with AI application is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and good written and spoken English.
