The Mix: What your days will look like

• 50% Digital Powerhouse: You’ll be the engine behind our online presence, managing social media, SEO, and digital campaigns.
• 30% Marketing Operations: You’ll handle the "classic" essentials—from creating catalogs and presentations to organizing events and analyzing campaign traffic.
• 20% On-the-Ground Presence: You’ll spend about 4 days a month (20-25% of your time) visiting our partners, ensuring our brand is well-represented in the real world.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging videos, presentations, and catalogs that tell our story.
• Social Media Strategy: Execute and evolve our presence across all digital platforms.
• Data Analysis: Monitor campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic to optimize performance.
• Event Management: Organize campaigns and events tailored specifically for our partners.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking trends and competitor moves.

What You Bring to the Team

• Digital Expertise: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO, Social Media, Digital Ads).
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a good eye for photo/video editing tools.
• Communication: Advanced English (both written and spoken) is a must.
• Mobility: You hold a Category B driving license and enjoy occasional travel. (Don't worry, a company car is provided for all business trips).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
