YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsibility for implementing the brand strategy within the allocated marketing budget
• Building and maintaining a strong brand image and increasing brand awareness in the Romanian market
• Managing social media profiles based on materials provided by the headquarters
• Identifying, establishing and maintaining relationships with influencers
• Cooperating with media agencies on marketing campaigns
• Proactively identifying and coordinating cross-promotion opportunities
• Managing brand PR activities and media relations
• Cooperating with shopping centres on local brand promotion activities
• Translating marketing content into Romanian (from English)
• Organising and coordinating brand events, including new store openings
• Cooperating with advertising agencies, event agencies and media agencies

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Romanian language skills – a mandatory requirement
• Very good command of English (minimum B2/C1 level) – required for daily communication with the headquarters
• Knowledge of Polish is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position; experience in the fashion, retail or lifestyle industry will be an advantage
• Ability to work independently, creativity and excellent organisational skills

Employment based on either a B2B contract or an employment contract, depending on the candidate’s preference.
