What you'll do:

• Community discovery and engagement: Map relevant crafting communities across Facebook, Reddit, Discord, forums, YouTube niches and emerging platforms. Participate respectfully and identify recurring needs, interests and opportunities.
• Creator and affiliate sourcing: Research and approach relevant creators, influencers, community leaders and potential affiliates. Qualify fit and maintain a clear outreach pipeline.
• Onboarding and activation: Guide new affiliates and partners from initial interest to an active collaboration, first campaign, referral or affiliate sale. Make sure they have the information and support needed to get started.
• Partnership coordination: Shape practical collaboration ideas and coordinate briefs, timing and expectations. Work with the Content & Social Specialist when a relationship becomes a creator-content opportunity.
• Marketplace insight and reporting: Surface content gaps, emerging categories and creator opportunities - including areas such as 3D printing - and report clearly on outreach, active relationships, results and audience insight.

Marketplace Community & Partnerships Specialist -Romania
About the role
Creative Fabrica's Marketplace serves a large, active crafting audience. To strengthen Marketplace and All Access, we need closer relationships with the communities, creators and affiliates around that audience. We want to understand what crafters need, bring relevant people into our ecosystem, and help new partners become active.
In this role, you will map communities, identify promising creators and affiliates, start conversations, support onboarding, and keep relationships moving from first contact to useful activity. This is not a paid-acquisition or passive account-management role. You should be comfortable building trust from scratch, following up consistently, and turning good relationships into affiliate activity, creator collaborations, community presence or referrals. You will also support other Marketplace tasks and projects as priorities evolve. You should be comfortable moving between ongoing responsibilities and projects, working with different teams to turn ideas and priorities into practical execution.
What you'll need:

• Proven experience in community management, creator or influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, partnerships or a closely related field.
• Experience researching prospects and writing outreach that feels personal, relevant and credible.
• Experience onboarding and managing partners, including follow-up, expectations, deadlines and next steps.
• Comfort using Excel or Google Sheets and a simple CRM or tracker to manage a pipeline and report progress.
• Excellent written and spoken English
