How will you make an impact?
You will lead the way in shaping how we find and grow great talentplanning mass recruitment moves, working with cool tools and platforms, building powerful networks, and guiding a strong team to hire faster and better in every corner of the country
What You Will Do

• Lead nationwide hiring for full-time, part-time, and weekend crew
• Keep vacancy rate low and speed up the hiring game
• Explore new hiring channelsfrom social media to job fairs
• Build and manage a top-tier recruitment team
• Take care of our 2,000+ employees and make sure hiring stays strong
• Create a talent pool thats always ready when we need it
• Work closely with managers and directors to plan smart recruitment moves
• Use HR tech to improve how we work and make hiring data work for us
  

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• At least 5 years of experience in mass recruitment.
• Experience leading a recruitment team of 5 or more people
• Great at building talent networks and finding people fast
• Strategic thinking and strong data analysis skills
• Confident working with managers and directors
• A good sense of the job market and what candidates are looking for
• Know how to use social media and digital marketing for recruitment
