• Maintain and optimize master data in our MDM system
• Ensure high data quality through continuous monitoring, cleansing, and enrichment
• Analyze data for inconsistencies, duplicates, and quality issues
• Support data migration projects and system implementations
• Collaborate closely with specialist departments (e.g. Sales, Procurement, Finance) and IT teams
• Define and enforce data governance rules and standards
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on data quality and KPIs
• Support the development and optimization of master data processes

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MDM Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality master data across the organization, ensuring data consistency and supporting critical business processes.
Requirements

• Very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
• German language proficiency in both spoken and written form. Minimum B2 level, ideally native speaker level (C2)
• English language skills at B1–B2 level (spoken and written)
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset with an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, and master data management processes
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude
• Understanding of business processes (preferably in Sales, Supply Chain or Finance)

Nice to Have

• Practical experience with Salesforce (especially Salesforce MDM / CDM)
• Experience in data migration or data integration projects
• Bachelor’s degree in business informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
