We’re a real estate media company serving the Triad, NC. We help agents win more listings and stand out online with professional photos, video, 3D tours, and more. We handle the clients, editing, and scheduling. You focus on taking great care of people on site.

Role Overview

This is a part‑time, field‑based role. You’ll drive to homes, greet agents and homeowners, follow our shot list, and upload files after each shoot. We fully train you on our systems for photos, video, 3D tours, and more.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Are always on time and keep your word
• Have strong customer service experience and enjoy talking to people
• Communicate clearly and professionally (in person and over text)
• Are comfortable driving between multiple homes each day
• Are willing to learn new skills (no photography experience required – we train you)

What you get:

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour equivalent, based on shoots completed
• Flexible schedule with mostly weekday, daytime work (occasional twilight)
• Training in real estate photography, video, 3D tours, and drone (if interested)
• All editing done for you – no late‑night editing at home
• Work directly with a growing local company, not a giant gig app

Requirements:

• Reliable 2015 or newer vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance
• iPhone 14 Pro or newer (or willing to upgrade within 30 days)
• Business‑casual appearance on site
• Ability to pass a background check
• Fast home internet for uploading files
• Willing to sign a standard non‑solicitation agreement
• Live in the Triad, NC area
• Available most weekdays 9am–5pm with flexible daily hours

Drone flying (Part 107) is a plus but not required to start. We’ll support you in getting certified after you’ve proven reliable.
