Your Responsibilities
•Analysis and design of production processes including MBR design, covering requirements gathering, fit to standard assessment, modeling of Master Batch Records, and configuration of relevant parameters.
•Ensuring seamless system integration, particularly through connectivity to ERP systems as well as integration of shopfloor machines and equipment.
•Execution of structured release management in a SaaS environment, including evaluation of regular updates and patches and analysis of release notes regarding potential impacts.
•Support and training, especially in 2nd level support with error analysis and troubleshooting, as well as conducting training sessions for key users.
•Further development of the system landscape and production processes by identifying optimization potential and configuring and expanding reports and dashboards for evaluating production KPIs.
