QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field
• 3-4 years of working experience as a Method Improvement Specialist
• Experienced in stamping and nut-welding operations
• Skilled in implementing 5S and Kaizen methodologies
• Proficient in capacity calculation, developing work instructions, and establishing effective process control systems to optimize manufacturing performance
• Experienced in SMED and setup reduction initiatives, improving changeover times and increasing overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
• Fluent in English

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• KMS activities: standardization, continuous improvement and cost reduction
• Implementing 5S and Kaizen methodologies to enhance workplace organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Ensuring high-quality production and process reliability
• Maintaining and participating in activities related to PFMEA
• Managing the runtime optimization of production equipment, tools and training to achieve a better production process
• Proposing improvements related to devices as "Poka-Yoke" on production lines
• Organizing the implementation of new technical amendments and production procedure
• Receiving, analyzing , performing feasibility studies and implementation of customer changes
