Experience with process optimization, capacity planning, and shopfloor performance improvement projects.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plan, and SPC.Experience with process optimization and industrialization. ERP system knowledge and production data analysis skills.English proficiencyJOB DESCRIPTION:Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. Develop and maintain production layouts, material flow concepts, and workstation designs. Perform line balancing activities to maximize production efficiency and resource utilization. Calculate production capacity and support short-term and long-term capacity planning. Conduct headcount needs calculations based on production volumes, cycle times, and operational requirements. Perform chrono-analysis, time studies, and MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) analyses to establish and improve standard work. Define, implement, and maintain manufacturing standards and work instructions. Lead and support continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve performance. Participate in PFMEA development and updates to ensure process robustness and risk mitigation. Support process audits and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, including VDA 6.3 requirements. Implement poka-yoke solutions and error-proofing techniques to improve product quality and process reliability. Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence. Support industrialization and process optimization during new product launches and engineering changes. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to productivity, efficiency, quality, and labor utilization.
