Every week you'll create motion graphics that inspire millions of creators to generate images and videos using AI. You'll work directly with the product, growth and creator teams to launch new AI models, viral campaigns and product features.

• Help define and evolve our visual language across all marketing channels.
• Continuously optimize creative based on performance data and user engagement.
• Stay on top of AI trends, creative techniques and emerging social media formats.

We're looking for a Motion Designer who is obsessed with creating content that people actually watch and share.
You don't just make animations look beautiful, you understand pacing, hooks, storytelling and how to capture attention within the first few seconds. You are excited about AI and love experimenting with the latest image and video generation models.
You have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer.
• Excellent knowledge of After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience editing short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating animation, motion graphics and social-first content.
• Good understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Experience with AI creative tools is a major plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
