- Execution and activation: Oversee field execution plans to ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with pricing strategies at the point of sale.

- Collaboration: Work with other departments like marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment on product launches, promotions, and overall market support.
- Budget and ROI: Manage trade investments and promotional planning, optimizing return on investment.
Skills and qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the food industry is required, with proven expertise in managing traditional trade channels, driving growth, and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical, excel knowledge and strategic thinking skills.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and measure ROI
