We are currently looking for an Officer Forwarding to join our team!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Forwarding Officer, you are a strong mediator who ensures that our customers'goods are transported in the fastest and most efficient way.

• You take care of the full administrative processing of all shipments based on the orders received.
• You book the transport orders received and communicate them transparently to the customer.
• As a key expedition figure, you align the various internal departments involved, including our customs department.
• You are responsible for drawing up the necessary transport documents (transport order, CMR, PL, PGD) and you deliver these in time to the authorities concerned.
• As an experienced Forwarding Officer, you are actively involved in the invoicing process.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree/or student (the Economic field will be an advantage)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of English, minimum B1
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team
• Time management
