What We Are Looking ForManaging and coordinating offset and industrial cooperation obligations related to Rheinmetall projects and customer ordersMonitoring offset commitments, milestones, deadlines and required documentationCoordinating offset projects with internal departments, local suppliers and industrial partnersIdentifying opportunities for local production, sourcing and industrial cooperationSupporting the evaluation and development of local industrial partnersPreparing offset reports, business cases and project documentationActing as interface towards customers, governmental authorities and external partnersMonitoring project progress, risks and compliance with contractual requirementsWhat Qualifications You Should Have Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or a related fieldExperience in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, Business Development or a related areaStrong organizational, analytical and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlinesGood negotiation and stakeholder management skillsPrevious experience in Offset, Industrial Cooperation, Defense or a complex industrial environment is an advantageVery good English and Romanian language skills, both written and spokenGerman language skills are an advantageGood MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is an advantageLocation: On-site, at our headquarters in Mediaș, Sibiu County.
