Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.
• Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times, equipment, including heavy treating iron, piping, and flowline components.
• Prepare, inspect, maintain, and organize equipment and inventory at the base before and after field operations.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills to progress through equipment operator competency levels and career pathways.

Essential Requirements:

• Technical diploma or vocational school qualification (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related field).
• 1-2 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or a similar industrial environment.
• Remain positive during pressures, setbacks, and fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work both onshore and offshore across Europe.
• Fluency in English and Romanian, both written and spoken.
