With around 37,500 employees at over 125 locations, the Company is active worldwide and generated adjusted sales of € 8.1 billion on a preliminary basis in the fiscal year 2023.YOUR TASKSLead and support the execution of digitalization, manufacturing, and process improvement projects involving internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot, validation, and implementation activities.Act as the key interface between business users, production teams, software developers, and external partners.Prepare management reports, decision papers, and recommendations.Define and document business requirements, technical specifications, and process standards.Support the development of business cases for manufacturing and logistics software solutions.Identify, define, and standardize use cases for deployment across multiple divisions and production sites.Support the systematic rollout of successful solutions across global operations.Organize and conduct international training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.Promote adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.Your QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations excellence, digitalization, MES, SAP, logistics systems, or project management.Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.Experience managing projects from concept through implementation and rollout.Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, iTAC MES, or similar).Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.Ability to create business cases, process documentation, and technical specifications.Understanding of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts is advantageousEven if you do not meet all our requirements, do not hesitate to apply to us, because the further development of our employees is very important to us and opens up a wide range of opportunities for you in our company.FORVIA HELLA stands for the variety of all employees.
