We are now looking to expand our Order Management Team in Sibiu, within the Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products division by adding an Order Management professional. This position is ideal for someone with a few years of relevant experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. Order Management Professional

• Holistic, timely processing of customer orders in SAP.
• Clarifying commercial conditions, shipping methods, transport routes etc. according to rules and regulations stipulated by authorities and Siemens.
• Recognizing, proposing, and processing order modifications to achieve customer satisfaction by sticking to deadlines, evaluating suitable delivery methods, offering alternative products, and providing sufficient quantities.
• Ensuring the preparation of necessary documentation / data accompanying products delivered to consignees.
• Proactive monitoring of customer orders in hand.
• Actively supporting projects / teams for optimization of order management processes and continuous improvement in accordance with standards.
  

Qualifications - Solid And Relevant

• University degree (preferably in Economics, Logistics, Business, or related field).
• Work experience in Order Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar operational role.
• SAP knowledge (intermediate level or willingness to upskill – strong advantage).
• Good MS Office knowledge.
• English proficiency – intermediate level.
• German proficiency – intermediate level (advantage).
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively, manage priorities, and interact confidently with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Openness to travel abroad (initial 2‑week onboarding in Germany and after that occasionally).
