We are now looking to expand our Order Management Team in Sibiu, within the Smart Infrastructure – Electrical Products division by adding an Order Management professional. This position is ideal for someone with a few years of relevant experience who is eager to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will join an international team, offering excellent opportunities to learn, grow, and further develop professionally.

The new role - challenging and future-oriented.
- Holistic, timely processing of customer orders in SAP.
- Clarifying commercial conditions, shipping methods, transport routes etc. according to rules and regulations stipulated by authorities and Siemens.
- Recognizing, proposing, and processing order modifications to achieve customer satisfaction by sticking to deadlines, evaluating suitable delivery methods, offering alternative products, and providing sufficient quantities.
- Ensuring the preparation of necessary documentation / data accompanying products delivered to consignees.
- Proactive monitoring of customer orders in hand.
- Actively supporting projects / teams for optimization of order management processes and continuous improvement in accordance with standards.
Qualifications - Solid And Relevant
- University degree (preferably in Economics, Logistics, Business, or related field).
- Work experience in Order Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a similar operational role.
- SAP knowledge (intermediate level or willingness to upskill – strong advantage).
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- English proficiency – intermediate level.
- German proficiency – intermediate level (advantage).
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, manage priorities, and interact confidently with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Openness to travel abroad (initial 2‑week onboarding in Germany and after that occasionally).
