What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing solutions for Microsoft and Adobe application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across enterprise environments.
• Packaging and deploying Microsoft and Adobe applications and software using enterprise deployment tools and defined standards.
• Managing Microsoft and Adobe software licenses, ensuring compliance, cost optimization, and accurate license allocation.
• Monitoring software usage and generating reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and software asset management activities.
• Troubleshooting application packaging, deployment, patching, and license-related issues to ensure timely resolution and stable service delivery.
• Collaborating with vendors and internal teams for license renewals, escalations, technical clarifications, and lifecycle planning.
• Maintaining documentation for application packaging standards, deployment procedures, license management processes, and audit evidence.
• Supporting automated deployment and patch management activities for Microsoft and Adobe applications.
• Working with application packaging technologies including SCCM, Intune, MSI, and App-V to support enterprise software delivery.
• Using PowerShell scripting to automate packaging, deployment, reporting, and operational support activities.
• Supporting compliance audits and Software Asset Management processes by providing accurate reporting, documentation, and usage insights.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize license usage, reduce cost, and improve application lifecycle management processes.
• Ensuring all activities comply with security, governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and service continuity.
  

What You'll Bring Along

• Diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in application packaging, software deployment, and license management in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience packaging and deploying Microsoft and Adobe applications using enterprise deployment tools.
• Proficiency in SCCM, Intune, MSI, and App-V for application packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft and Adobe licensing models, license portals, and enterprise license management processes.
• Experience working with Microsoft and Adobe licensing portals for allocation, monitoring, reporting, renewals, and compliance activities.
• Experience with automated software deployment, patch management, and application lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of compliance audits, Software Asset Management practices, and license optimization activities.
• PowerShell scripting knowledge for automation, reporting, deployment support, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot packaging, deployment, and licensing issues.
• High attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to documentation, compliance, and license governance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification is preferred.
• Adobe Certified Professional certification is advantageous.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German.
