What are we looking for?

Education: TechnicalUniversity Degree (Master’s/Bachelor’s)

Background: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position

Languages: conversation English level (medium level knowledge mandatory, advanced level will be considered an advantage)

Tasks:

• Perform the feasibility studies for suitability of the coating, painting and field joint coating systems
• Review the received documents and elaboration of the input data related to the coating, painting and field joint coating works
• Select suitable coating, painting and field joint coating materials and systems
• Prepare technical qualifications related to the coating, painting and field joint coating
• Prepare the technical specifications and technical requisitions related to the coating, painting and field joint coating materials and services
• Technical evaluate the offers received from Vendors related to the supply of the coating, painting and field joint coating materials and services
• Witness the Pre-Qualification Test performed by Subcontractors related to the coating, painting and field joint coating

The ideal candidate should preferably posess the following:

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Knowledge of the painting, coating and field joint coating materials used in the oil and gas industry, including advantages and disadvantages, properties, costs and other relevant features - will be considered a plus
• Availability to travel abroad

Purpose of the Position: You will support project execution by following painting and coating activities in all their phases and by providing technical expertise for field joint coating activities during the bidding and engineering phases, ensuring the definition of effective and compliant coating solutions.
