We are partnering with a well-established international organisation to identify a People Director who will play a key role in shaping the next phase of growth and organisational evolution.

This is a high-impact leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple European locations.

The role

This position sits at the heart of the leadership team and is responsible for defining and driving the people strategy in a dynamic, international environment.

We are looking for a leader who combines strong business understanding with a genuine people focus — someone who builds trust, creates alignment and brings clarity in times of change.

Key responsibilities

• Leading the People & Culture strategy aligned with business priorities
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
• Driving organisational transformation and cultural alignment
• Building strong relationships across multiple European locations
• Developing leadership capability and supporting senior leaders
• Leading organisational design and supporting complex business decisions
• Embedding performance-driven culture supported by data and insights
• Operating effectively within an international, matrix structure

Ideal profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR / People leadership role in international organisations
• Strong track record in leading transformation and organisational change
• Experience working in matrix, multi-country environments
• High level of business acumen and data-driven mindset
• Comfortable operating in dynamic, evolving environments
• Background in consulting or complex organisational structures is a plus
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
