YOUR TASKS

• Labor contract management;
• Processes personnel documents related to:
• Hiring (labor contract and other required documents);
• Hiring or secondments of foreign citizens;
• Contract changes (addendums to labor contract);
• Contract suspension (maternity/paternity, unpaid leave);
• Part-time contract;
• Tax exemption;
• 1st level support for questions regarding labor relation (HR-Portal); Collective Labor Contract; Internal Regulation; Maternity and paternity; Secondments);
• Issue employment certificates.
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree;
• SAP-HR knowledge is a plus;
• Microsoft Office knowledge;
