We’re on the hunt for a Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta-focused) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience—someone who can craft ad campaigns, optimize performance like a pro, and keep our brand shining online.
Location: Remote from Romania (contractor/freelance basis) or Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site)
For candidates based in Romania, the role can be performed remotely on a contractor/freelance basis. Candidates who wish to relocate to Sofia will join us on a full-time employment contract and work on-site.
What you'll be doing:
• Planning, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns across different Meta platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, etc.;
• Creating scroll-stopping content & strategies;
• Managing budgets;
• Analyzing data & tweaking campaigns for max impact;
• Engaging with our audience like a true community guru;
What we’re looking for:
• Proven Meta marketing expertise (ads, content, growth—you name it)- 2+ years;
• Experience in targeting different audiences;
• Experience in performance tracking tools (GA4, etc.) combined with analytical mindset and creativity;
• Experience in managing budgets & scaling campaigns like a pro;
• Fluency in English both verbal and written;
