Responsibilities 

Software Development:

• Develop and maintain internal tools, scripts, and web applications using PHP and related technologies.
• Create and update features as per project requirements, ensuring the functionality aligns with business needs.

Bug Resolution:

• Identify and diagnose bugs, errors, and issues in existing codebase
• Debug and troubleshoot problems in code to ensure the smooth operation of applications
• Provide effective bug fixes and solutions in a timely manner.

Ticket Management:

• Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and issues from team members or end-users.
• Work on assigned tickets, addressing requests for enhancements, new features, or bug fixes
• Maintain clear communication with the team regarding ticket status and progress.

Code Review:

• Participate in code reviews, examining the quality and functionality of code submitted by peers.
• Offer constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Conduct thorough testing of software components to ensure reliability and correctness.
• Verify that new code changes do not introduce regressions or negatively impact existing functionality.

Documentation:
