• Proven management experience and leadership capabilities with more than 10 years on a similar position.
• Technical background. Advantage to Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering (preferably Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering).
• Knowledge of Romanian legislation/regulation related to employment, safety of work, emergency situations, business conduct
• Strong leadership, communication, and strong solving skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, proficiency in production management software and tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Capability to work under minimum supervision
• Capability to quickly understand new technologies and situations
• Fluent in Romanian and in English Language at professional level (reading, speaking and writing)
• Capability to respect deadlines and daily routines
• Driving license for category A, B
• Knowledge of composite materials and composite parts manufacturing is an advantage.
• Open for travels in country and abroad (mostly Israel).

• Observe, monitor and improve the Company Quality Management System in his area of responsibility
• Oversee and coordinate the following operational domains (including but not limited to):
  • Manpower and HR
  • Finance and budgeting
  • Logistics and supply chain
  • Safety/Regulatory compliance
  • Customs and import/export processes
  • Local interfaces with authorities, service providers, and suppliers
  • Plant and building maintenance and operational readiness
• Prepare reports and communication with company management at local and international level.
• Implement company procedures and policies
• Approves the payments and other expenses according with Signature Authority Procedure
