The role acts as a technical expert linking production, maintenance, quality, and engineering, with a strong focus on root cause analysis, process optimization, and long‑term equipment performance.ResponsibilitiesSupporting and participating in all plant support activities in MC West Methods Lab Romania. Supports MC West Methods Lab Supervisor in all plant support activities and development of new products. Participates in the development of business plans for MC West Methods Lab Romania. Participates in cost reduction projects (MCIP, IMCIP, 6 SIGMA). Implements all actions directly related to FMEA (potential failure analysis), control plans, P4A (quality planning system) for all products, OSA. Ensures the correct implementation of change letters and drawings in production and provides the necessary training for the production department. Executes and implements all the necessary documentation for major design changes (MY Change). Ensure the provision of correct documentation to production and other departments. Ensures correct production, in accordance with the customer's requirement of the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). YOUR BACKGROUNDEngineering degree in technical field English, MS Office Software Quality standards and system regulations (ISO), Process improvement techniques, Quality tools (Statistical Process Control, PFMEA, APQP, etc.), Continuous improvement techniques, Analytical and problem solving skills Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities WHY JOIN US?Grow with purpose.
