PLC Engineer – SlatinaAdecco Resurse Umane is recruiting for its client, a PLC Engineer to join the technical and maintenance team in Slatina.This role is responsible for supporting the reliable operation of industrial equipment, troubleshooting automation-related issues, coordinating interventions and contributing to continuous process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and participate in intervention activities on machines, equipment and industrial installations;Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes and define preventive actions;Identify and implement solutions to improve equipment performance and production processes;Create, maintain and update backup databases for automation systems;Plan preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the Planning and Production Departments;Identify and order the spare parts required for repairs, revisions and preventive maintenance activities;Provide technical support for automation and electrical systems within the production environment.RequirementsUniversity degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or a related technical field;Good experience with industrial automation software;Good understanding of industrial communication networks, protocols and interfaces;Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation;Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team;Knowledge of ERP systems;Advanced PC skills;Advanced English.What we are looking forWe are looking for a technically oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach and an interest in industrial automation and equipment reliability.If you have experience in PLC/industrial automation and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career in a production environment, we would be happy to hear from you.Apply now and join the team!
