Your Mission

• Stand-up & run the PMO for complex A$50 million+ programs—governance, planning, benefits and reporting from day one.
• Refine enterprise practices—tune scheduling, finance and resource models so they serve the program (not the other way round).
• Lead & mentor a high-performing crew of PMO Managers and Analysts; grow tomorrow’s talent while shipping today’s milestones.
• Drive insight—combine data, storytelling and plain-English comms to keep C-suite sponsors one step ahead.
• Champion improvement—embed lessons learned, uplift tooling and automate where it matters.
• Keep calm—your poise under pressure sets the tone when the stakes (and budgets) spike.
