Portfolio Manager / Relationship Manager

HI Partners is currently supporting a fast-growing and innovative investment platform in its search for a Portfolio Manager / Relationship Manager.

This opportunity is ideal for a senior and entrepreneurial professional with a transferable book of clients (AUM) who is looking to move beyond traditional structures and operate within a flexible, independent, and performance-driven platform.

You will benefit from a robust infrastructure, open architecture, and the ability to deliver truly bespoke investment strategies while maintaining full ownership of your client relationships.

The Role

In this role, you will manage and develop your own portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, acting as their trusted advisor across investment strategies and wealth structuring.

You will operate within a portfolio managers platform model, allowing you to either work alongside dedicated portfolio managers or implement your own investment approach, depending on your expertise and preferences.

This is a highly entrepreneurial position offering full flexibility, remote working, and a strong alignment between performance and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Maintain and grow your existing client base (transferable AUM)
• Deliver tailored and high-conviction investment solutions
• Leverage your network to generate new business opportunities
• Provide ongoing portfolio monitoring and proactive client advice
• Ensure alignment between client objectives and investment strategies
• Operate within a compliant and well-structured regulatory framework

Your Profile

• You have a proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or asset management
• You have a transferable book of clients / AUM
• You demonstrate strong relationship management and business development capabilities
• You have a solid understanding of financial markets and investment solutions
• You are entrepreneurial and comfortable operating in an independent environment
• You are motivated by performance and aligned revenue models
• You are autonomous, disciplined, and results-driven
• You are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
