Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Performance Max)
• Plan, execute, and manage paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to drive continuous improvement
• Prepare and present clear, insightful performance reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Account Managers
• Communicate directly with clients to discuss performance, strategy, and optimisation opportunities
• Bring fresh ideas and creative strategies to improve campaign performance and engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid social campaigns
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform updates
