We are looking for a Process
Engineer with a mixed profile, someone who masters traditional production
flows but is also eager to drive the automation of our factory.

Main
Responsibilities:

• Process & Layout Design: Define and optimize production processes and line
  layouts to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Flow & Ergonomics: Establish internal material supply flows and
  analyze workplace ergonomics to improve the environment for our operators.
• Capacity & Performance: Standardize assembly operations and define
  production capacity targets. You will identify and eliminate factors causing
  reduced productivity.
• Automation & Technical Support: Monitor equipment functionality and propose
  troubleshooting or optimization solutions for automated installations.
• Systems Diagnosis: Resolve issues related to testing, monitoring,
  validation, and traceability equipment.
• Technology Implementation: Define specifications and implement new
  technologies within the factory.
• Project Coordination: Lead product transfers, new product launches, and
  significant process modifications.
• Team Empowerment: Train project teams regarding new products and
  technical processes.
• Qualifications
  & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Previous experience in manufacturing/production is a major plus, especially
  involving automated systems or Lean Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in technical drawing and CAD tools: AutoCAD, SolidWorks
  (Knowledge of NX is an advantage).
• Familiarity with PRD – SAP and project management principles.
• Advanced English skills are required. Italian language skills are
  considered a distinct advantage.
• A
  continuous improvement mindset, creativity, and the flexibility to adapt to a
  shifting technological landscape.
• Strong
  communication and time management skills to handle complex coordination tasks.
