Responsibilities

• Ensures the launch of new projects in the painting/varnishing department, as a result of the fulfillment of specific and quality objectives

• Determine the weaknesses of the processes

• Analyzes the parameters of the painting plant according to the quality of the products;

• Responsible for process optimization and analysis

• Revalidates the process following the interventions

• Responsible for the necessary adjustments of the auxiliary machinery and installations

• Prepares the specific work documentation for each project and coordinates the training of employees in order to use the equipment

• Proposes methods to improve the process of forming, painting and visual inspection

• Ensure that specific performance indicators are tracked

Candidate profile

• Technical college graduate

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an automotive company as a process engineer

• Good English or German speaker

• Knowledge of common quality tools (5WHY, Fishbone Chart, FMEA, etc.)

• Knowledge of technological design, technological flow

• Ability to read 2D and 3D technical drawings

• Ability to work in a team

• Ability to analyze and solve problems
