Your role

  • Manage and monitor inventory levels for operational materials.
  • Coordinate and control consumable materials used across departments.
  • Ensure accurate stock management and warehouse administration, including incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock adjustments.
  • Maintain clear and updated records in inventory management systems.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  • Identify risks related to stock shortages, overstocking, or waste and propose corrective actions.
  • Support cost control by optimizing stock rotation and consumption.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and company standards related to inventory and storage.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in inventory, procurement, warehouse management, or hospitality operations.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with stocks, inventory systems, and warehouse procedures.
  • Attention to detail and a structured way of working.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Good English level (additional languages are an advantage).
