Production Engineering Development - Assembly

Requirements:

- University Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering (or similar technical field);

- 3–5 years experience in Production / Manufacturing Engineering (middle level);

- Experience with assembly processes and manufacturing technologies (automotive preferred);

- Strong knowledge of production processes, industrialization and equipment;

- Experience with FMEA, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma;

- Very good English skills;

- Good communication and teamwork skills;

- Willingness to travel;

- Ability to work under pressure and take decisions;

- Strong analytical thinking, communication and teamwork skills;

Responsibilities:

- Define and develop assembly concepts (layout, material flow, process steps);

- Develop manufacturing concepts and ensure implementation of processes;

- Create technical specifications and coordinate equipment suppliers;

- Responsible for equipment delivery, installation and commissioning;

- Interface between R&D, Quality, Production and suppliers;

- Perform capacity and cycle time analysis;

- Identify risks and implement corrective actions;

- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation;

- Responsible for transfer to production and SOP readiness;

- Participate in technical reviews and cross-functional activities.
