The holder of this position is responsible for raw material procurement. She/he is responsible for communication with supplier teams, internal requirements and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Proven experience in production planning or a similar role
• Experience with SAP PP/MM modules (material planning, production orders, inventory management)
• Knowledge of production planning and capacity planning
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and reporting tools
• English proficiency for communication with international suppliers

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop production schedules and prioritize job orders for optimal production efficiency
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Effective communication with production, logistics, purchasing, and quality teams
• Coordination with suppliers for lead times and material flow
