Production Team Leader

Victoria, Brasov

Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Production Team Leader at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Victoria, Brasov!

What You Will Do:

Responsible for first line leadership and coaching of work unit to meet production schedules. Participates in product cost improvement; control quality and yields; plans production activities; supports TPM activities and promotes safe working conditions and positive employee relations. Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications. Coordinates the production process in accordance with Company's policy. Consistent focus to improving productivity and reducing production costs. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules at workplace throughout the duration of the activity. Executes production plan per budgeted standards, plant labour and overhead budget. Reports to Production Manager.

What you'll need:

Degree in Chemistry. Experience in the production area. Knowledge of PC operation. Intermediate/advanced English language knowledge. Coordination and decision-making skills.
