Role Description

The Program Manager will oversee the planning and execution of Arts Humanitas programs, including the Art, Nature, Ecology Biennale and curated journeys. Responsibilities include coordinating events, engaging with artists and climate stewards, managing budgets, and building relationships with donors and partners. The role involves both administrative tasks, such as reporting and operational logistics, and creative input into program design. This is a volunteer, hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA, with the option for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Program Management and Event Coordination experience, including planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for networking and relationship building with stakeholders, donors, and partners
• Budget and Financial Management skills for overseeing program budgets and reports
• Knowledge of Arts, Ecology, and Climate Leadership to align with the organization’s mission and goals
• Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities to contribute to innovative program design
• Passion for art, nature, and interdisciplinary approaches to climate solutions
• Experience in non-profit or community-based organizations is a plus
