We are looking for an experienced and strategic Program Manager IV to join our team. This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of business strategy and operational execution, focusing on transforming how our global sales force operates through effective training, enablement, and strategic communications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales enablement, change management, and storytelling, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiencies and strategic alignment across teams.
Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of internal go-to-market communication and training architecture, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Drive change management initiatives and training programs to empower the team to operate more efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure CRM systems and sales tools are strategically aligned and optimized.
• Project manage training design initiatives, including storyboarding, video creation, and content development.
• Share updates and build strong communication channels across various teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Develop documentation and knowledge management resources to support ongoing enablement efforts.
• Lead or contribute to initiatives focused on AI-native solutions and innovative enablement strategies.
• Support executive communication efforts, storytelling, and documentation to influence and inform stakeholders at all levels.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for operational optimization and implementing best practices.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales enablement, internal communications, training, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in shaping training programs, go-to-market communications, and enablement strategies.
• Strong project management skills with experience in designing and implementing training content, including storyboarding and multimedia creation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience working with CRM ecosystems and sales tools, ensuring they serve as strategic drivers of revenue.
• Knowledge of AI-native solutions and innovative enablement approaches.
• Excellent storytelling, documentation, and knowledge management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
