Project Manager | 250 MW Solar PV – Parau 2, Romania

About the Role: We are looking for a Project Manager with strategic thinking skills and experience in site management and contract management for our 250 MW Parau 2 Solar Power Plant project in Romania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all EPC contracts; ensuring every clause is implemented in the company's favor and defending our rights in all technical consultations.
• Meticulously tracking Bill of Quantities (BoQ) items. Defending company rights during site surveys and measurements to maintain cost discipline and prevent budget overruns.
• Conducting all official correspondence and negotiations with the EPC firm. Identifying potential disadvantages in advance and creating solutions to turn work items in the company's favor.
• Supervising construction and grid connection processes in full compliance with the project schedule, quality standards, and cost targets.
• Providing high-level progress reports to headquarters by focusing on commercial risks, contract compliance, and budget optimization.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects (at least 5 years in large-scale Solar PV projects).
• Proven success in managing EPC firms and turning complex contract clauses to the company's advantage.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD for technical tracking and verification.
• Mastery of international contract standards (FIDIC etc.).
