We are looking for a proactive Project Assistant to support an event in Atlanta, Georgia. This Contract position involves engaging with attendees, assisting them in locating the company booth, and ensuring a welcoming experience throughout the event.
Responsibilities:
• Greet event attendees and provide them with a friendly and detail-oriented first impression.
• Guide visitors to the designated company booth and ensure they have the necessary information.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth event operations.
• Assist with scanning documents and managing timelines during the event.
• Support project management activities, including tracking schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and event organizers.
• Help coordinate tasks related to master scheduling and construction project timelines.
• Monitor and report on event progress to ensure all goals are achieved.
• Previous experience in project assistance or event coordination is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with scanning and document management processes.
• Knowledge of timeline and schedule management for projects.
• Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with attendees and team members.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of construction project workflows is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management tools is desirable.
