Why do we need you?

We are looking for a Project Controller to support a major industrial investment project of Saint-Gobain Glass. The role is located in Călărași and is project based (until September 2028), with potential contract extension.

The role combines project documentation management and project cost control, ensuring full traceability, budget compliance, and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will Include, among others:

• manage project documentation, including the Master Document Register (MDR) (central register listing all project documents, their status, revisions, and approvals);
• control document versions, approvals, and official distribution;
• ensure full traceability of technical and financial documentation;
• monitor project costs (CAPEX), commitments, actual costs, and forecast;
• track contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and works progress;
• support preparation of state aid payment requests and audits;
• prepare cost reports and documentation packages for project management;
• coordinate with the Project Manager, Procurement, Finance, and external consultants.

Is this job for you?

We will carefully consider your personality, your attitude and your potential. This role is also requiring some additional skills and past experiences:

• University degree (technical & economic background preferred);
• minimum 4–5 years of experience in Cost Control;
• experience in industrial or construction projects – strong advantage;
• experience with public funding or state aid projects – strong advantage;
• advanced Excel skills;
• experience with SharePoint or Document Management Systems;
• good command of English (written and technical documentation).
