Training will focus on infrastructure, military engineering, reconstruction, fortification, and demining project environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver project management curriculum for Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master-level coursesProvide classroom instruction on project planning, scope development, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and project controlsTeach advanced topics including Earned Value Management, change control, resource leveling, acquisition, contract administration, and program managementDevelop practical exercises, homework assignments, case studies, and written examinationsIncorporate infrastructure, fortification, reconstruction, and demining scenarios into training activitiesDemonstrate the use of project management software and project management information systemsPrepare student materials, templates, presentations, and instructional aidsCoordinate instruction with USACE subject-matter experts and simultaneous interpretersEvaluate student performance and provide remedial instruction when requiredSupport post-course evaluations, instructor after-action reviews, and completion documentationQualificationsStrong professional experience in project and/or program managementExperience developing and delivering project management training or professional educationStrong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, risk management, and project controlsExperience with CPM scheduling, Earned Value Management, change management, and performance reportingKnowledge of construction, engineering, infrastructure, or reconstruction project environmentsAbility to develop practical, scenario-based training rather than generic classroom instructionFamiliarity with internationally recognized project management standards and practicesStrong presentation, communication, and adult-instruction skillsAbility to work effectively with technical interpreters and multinational participantsAbility to perform on-site training in Romania and comply with applicable installation access and security requirementsPowered by JazzHRLSUJyUVgMv Show more Show less
