CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily operations supporting case processing and operational services for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). This role ensures the timely and compliant processing of employer applications for labor certification and prevailing wage determinations by managing staff, monitoring production and quality metrics, and enforcing adherence to client standards. The Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting program performance goals, and ensuring accurate execution of case processing activities across OFLC programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff
• Manages daily assignments and performance
  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations
• Manage staff schedules and workload
• Monitor performance and productivity
• Ensure compliance with SOPs
• Prepare performance reports
• Communicate issues to Program Director
  

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• 3–7 years project management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with performance metrics
  

Education and Other Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
• Clean background check
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate degree
• PMP certification
• Federal contract experience
  

Physical Demands
Full-time, exempt; client site located in Washington, DC, with potential for some hybrid work; standard business hours.
