Responsibilities:Support in the quotations phase for possible future projects (NBO’s); Coordination of the shop floor layouts preparation, in collaboration with the Lean and Continuous Improvement department; Coordinates and successfully implement the customer and internal engineering change requests. Monthly project reviews with the local stakeholders and quarterly with the division managers. Lead cross-functional project teams (including development team) Manage project risks, timing, and budget. Coordinate APQP activities until SOP and 6 months after. Drive customer communication and escalation management. Ensure achievement of project milestones and KPIs. Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan. Experience with NPI / Product Industrialization / Transfer Projects. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools. Experience in managing international customers. Risk management and change management. Presentation and negotiation skills. Experience with SAP systems . Requirements:University Degree in Engineering (Automation, Telecommunications, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering) or Sciences (Informatics, Mathematics, Physics). Project Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects within the automotive industry. Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
