We are currently looking for a Project Manager with renewable energy industry experience to work on a battery energy storage (BESS project) in Arges County, Romania. The client has a need for a project Manager to join them delivering a site-based, greenfield construction project. The role will ideally start at the beginning of July.

The role will suit a Project Manager with experience in any renewable energy industry (BESS / wind / solar) who has experience delivering projects involving major electrical components. You would be joining roughly 1 month before the equipment is delivered.

Project Manager Specification:

START: ASAP – Immediate (Interviews next week)

LOCATION: Arges County, Romania

DURATION: 9 month contract.

Essential Skills:

Project Management experience (5-10+ years).

Electrical Engineering background preferred, ideally in BESS, Wind, Solar or similar renewable energy industry.

Site based experience, working on EPC projects.

Ability to deliver projects from initiation to completion, including engineering, vendor selection, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Stakeholder management skills, liaising with senior management and reporting project progress.

Dutch speaking

Roles are responsibilities:

Responsible for performance of engineering & project delivery contractors.

Prepare project reports and present to the management team.

Create project organisation and outline responsibilities for each role – create scope for each role.

Overall responsible for project budget and planning.

Reporting to the Project Director, the role will incorporate delivering a greenfield EPC project with a total of 900MW of BESS storage.
