Responsibilities

• Responsible for the end-to-end planning and control of development activities from project initiation through project completion;
• Ensure achievement of project cost, schedule, and quality goals;
• Lead and manage the project team to ensure effective collaboration and delivery;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Qualifications

• Completed academic studies in one of the following fields: industrial, electronic, electrical, mechanical, engineering;
• Experience in project coordination or project management;
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in international projects – preferable within the automotive industry;
• Strong ability to see the big picture with a forward-looking, strategic mindset;
• Proven mastery of project management tools and their practical application;
• Strong experience and proficiency with specific tools such as SharePoint, CIMDB, PLM, SAP, SAP Business Intelligence, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Teams;
• Ability to delegate and organize work, reliability, and act as a role model for the project team;
• High level of resilience and adaptability to fast-paced environment;
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
• Strong interpersonal, assertiveness, presentation, and facilitation skills;
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
