Job Description
In order to support the Supply Chain Planning Projects EMobility department in Hunedoara, we are looking for a Project Manager Supply Chain.

Tasks

• Develop and manage project concepts, schedules, and work breakdown structures (WBS);
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and define project tasks, timelines, and resource plans;
• Monitor project progress, costs, and KPIs, initiating corrective actions when needed;
• Act as the key interface between internal departments, customers, and suppliers;
• Analyze supply chain changes and lead negotiations on volumes and costs;
• Prepare logistics calculations for business plans and customer quotations;
• Design and implement end-to-end supply chain and logistics structures;
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and transport requirements;
• Develop emergency supply chain concepts and robust backup structures;
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimization opportunities;
• Provide technical guidance and compile project documentation and reports.
  

Profile

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Business Administration / Economics;
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management (production, planning, design, or logistics);
• Proven competence in managing complex projects;
• Understanding of the ERP system;
• Strong communication skills in English; Knowledge of German is considered an asset;
• Willingness to travel for business purposes;
• A process-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to take initiative, make decisions and adapt to frequent changes;
• A collaborative spirit and leadership potential.
