Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable role within a production environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems, industrialization, and process development. Experience in defining production concepts, process flows, value streams, and manufacturing layouts. Solid expertise in production equipment industrialization, from supplier selection and procurement to installation and commissioning. Hands-on experience with PFMEA, risk management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and drive results in an international environment.
