YOUR TASKS

• Register, monitor, and update actions and measures in the HTT system.
• Track action plans and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Upload, maintain, and update documents in the PDM system.
• Upload and manage documentation in the Tool Database.
• Create and process Supplier Workflows
• Create and release Shopping Carts in the E2B system.
• Support internal customers regarding purchasing processes and systems.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain procurement performance indicators
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing Support, Governance, Master Data Management, or Reporting is considered an advantage.
• Experience in an international or shared services environment is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP systems and procurement-related tools.
• Familiarity with Data Warehouse (DW) reporting solutions is an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
